Kashgar Old City
Kashgar Old City is located in the heart of Kashgar, enclosed by yellow earthen and timber buildings. High-rise residential areas interweave with bustling bazaars, and the narrow alleys follow an irregular layout. The weather is most pleasant from 4 to 10. After dusk crowds disperse, the alleys become quiet. We recommend exploring on foot: enter through the East Gate, walk along the main street into side alleys, and always respect local customs.

Tarim Populus Euphratica Forest
The Populus euphratica forests of the Tarim Basin stretch along the Tarim River on its northern edge, with dense groves in the Luntai area where poplars, sand dunes, and river channels intertwine. In mid-to-late 10, leaves turn golden, marking the peak color season. Visitors can take the park shuttle into the core area, then walk along wooden boardwalks to admire the crisp tree silhouettes under evening side lighting.
